Model Fit Part I

“I'm not telling you it's going to be easy - I'm telling you it's going to be worth it.”

"Я  не говорю вам, что это будет легко - я говорю вам , что это будет того стоить.!
― Артур Уильямс

Models work a lot on themselves. Nobody was born perfect. “This body doesn’t come to me naturally; I’m not one of those girls who can eat and eat and not work out. It’s our job to look good. People admire us, but I don’t want to tell women that this comes easily. I want to show that every woman can be in great shape, but you have to work at it. You have to really make it a part of your life,” Anne Vyalitsyna said. Of course, it isn't easy to get the Runway-Body. First of all you need to know how do these ladies create their silhouettes. They have to be well-built, not skinny. And it's much more difficult. Secondly, you gotta control yourself very hard.

Every time the great public is charmed by the Victoria's Secret models marching on a long and glamorous runway to show us the great secret that nobody knows except Victoria. In fact, it seems that these girls give their best only to flash their ultra-toned body on the great event.
The girls also have their tricks to look fabulous as nutrition and workout are in fact the key to the Victoria's Secret models' diet. Victoria's secret models eat a lot of fruit and vegetables instead of processed food. Proteins are also included in their nutrition to keep muscles that are important for modeling.

Models follow some plans and diets created especially for them. But also they try some well-known diets. For example, a South Beach Diet designed by a cardiologist Arthur Agatson. It is composed of 3 phases: eliminate cravings, rapid weight loss; eat a variety of delicious foods, reach your goal weight; maintain weight loss for life. The South Beach Diet is relatively simple in principle. It replaces "bad carbs" and "bad fats" with "good carbs" and "good fats." The South Beach Diet site, a book and different tools will help you to make it pleasant.
Now about most famous VS model's diets I liked very much.
Heidi Klum followed the New York Diet after pregnancy. This is a very strict low carb diet plan that eliminates alcohol, bread, sugar, coffee, fruit and dairy products designed by a trainer David Kirsch. His book The Ultimate New York Diet outlines an 8-week program that involves keeping calories at what is generally regarded as a starvation level of below 900 calories per day. Kirsch makes no allowances for gender or activity level. The first two weeks are the strictest and following this there are two additional phases where carbohydrates are gradually reintroduced. You also gotta do some workouts.

Adriana Lima keep her body sexy by doing ‘portion control diet’. She can eat everything but still in moderation (limited amount).

The Victoria's Secret model's secret in fact is to have a meal every three hours. Metabolism is this way kept busy, Heidi's organism is constantly working, as a result it effectively burns the extra fat. Eating after 8 p.m. is a great no-no for the Victoria's Secret nymph.
When it comes of snacks, apples are her favorite, to fight the starvation crises. The protein content of the fruit will keep you stuffed until the next meal. Moreover, you'll benefit from vitamins and minerals, that act as antioxidants.

...later I'll tell about VS models' workouts and fitness preferences

XOXO,
Anna
